Two victories in the international competition of corporate media

On May 26, employees of the ideology and PR department of Alina Group received two awards at once within the framework of the XIX International PR Forum. Alina Group entered the internal corporate newspaper City of Masters for a special competition for the best corporate media. Colleagues from the countries of Central Asia - Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, have invariably taken part in the competition for the past three years. This fact gave grounds to the organizer in 2015 to expand its boundaries and call the Competition Central Asian.

Corporate media include catalogs published by retail chains to increase sales of certain products, and entertainment magazines offered by companies to entertain their customers (for example, in-flight magazines, etc.), and internal corporate publications proper. Therefore, the nominations of the Competition consider and cover all existing categories of corporate media today:

  • "Best Corporate Publication" (among newspapers and magazines);
  • "Best internal corporate magazine";
  • "The best internal corporate newspaper";
  • "Best external corporate magazine";
  • "Best External Corporate Newspaper";
  • "Best intrasite";
  • "Best Content" (newspaper, magazine);
  • "Best Design" (newspaper, magazine);
  • "Special Competition Prize"

The corporate newspaper "City of Masters" won two awards at once: the first place in the nomination "Best Internal Corporate Newspaper" and the Grand Prix of the competition. Independent experts recognized the publication as the best in terms of structure, content, style of visual and text presentation, relevance of topics and promotion of corporate values.

At the awards ceremony, Maya Leonova, Head of the Department of Ideology, Internal and External PR of Alina Group, noted: “Corporate publications are made not by the editorial board of the newspaper, but by 3,200 employees who daily accomplish professional feats that we cover.”
