On 06/20/2023, during a video conference, representatives of the country's largest manufacturing holding outlined the Company's position regarding the situation around the production in Ayagoz.
As of 2023, Alina Group's industrial arsenal includes 14 production sites that fully comply with the requirements of regulatory legal acts in the field of environmental legislation and sanitary and epidemiological requirements. A 5-level quality control and production compliance standards have been introduced at all production facilities of the commercial and industrial group.
In the city of Ayagoz, the Alina Group plant is the largest enterprise that today provides the entire East Kazakhstan with professional building and finishing materials. The plant in the city of Ayagoz was one of the first to appear in 2005, namely from the date of its reconstruction and commissioning on the basis of the Act of the State Acceptance Commission on the acceptance of the constructed facility for operation, which was agreed upon by all members of the State Acceptance Commission appointed by the Order of the Akim of the city. Thus, at the time the Plant was put into operation, all requirements, including sanitary and epidemiological ones, were met and are being observed today.
Since 2005, urban infrastructure facilities and IZHS facilities began to appear around the plant. So, for example, due to the omission of state bodies, in 2016, a kindergarten No. 7 was erected in unacceptable proximity to the plant.
In 2023, a number of inspections by local authorities were initiated against the plant with a clear desire to suspend the activities of the Alina Group in Ayagoz.
As part of the inspections, representatives of state institutions carried out relevant laboratory studies and measurements of pollutant emissions into the atmosphere, and as a result of which no violations were found on the part of the plant.
Moreover, the plant carries out similar laboratory studies and measurements of exceeding the maximum permissible concentrations of harmful substances on a quarterly basis, in accordance with the current regulatory requirements, the results of which also do not exceed the maximum permissible indicators.
Now Alina Group in Ayagoz is a city-forming enterprise. It employs more than 150 local residents, they are the breadwinners of their families in Ayagoez, who may lose their jobs tomorrow. In addition, more than 500 partners work with our production in the region, and this is already a very significant number of people who depend on the activities of our enterprise.
It is also worth noting that the activity of the Plant makes a significant contribution in terms of replenishing taxes in the state treasury of the region, where during its existence taxes were paid in excess of 307 million tenge. As for wages, they were paid in the amount of almost 2 billion tenge.
